Piano, theory & harmony (all levels)

 

  • Piano, theory/harmony,  lessons for all ages (5 and up) and all levels – in a private studio on grand pianos and on organ. 
  • Providing assessment for young children and giving recommendations for various musical  programs and choirs. Teaching toward excellence, for fun, organizing recitals. 
  • Preparing for RCM exams and festivals. 
  • Teaching correct technique based on Russian school of piano playing, composing from early age, along with theory for all levels, elements of solfege (Kodaly system), sight-reading and ear training. 
  • Encouraging students to improvise and connect music with visual art. 
  • Organizing  theme recitals, researching for new music to include in repertoire, providing books on loan.

Accompaniment

 
  • Providing versatile accompaniment for choirs & soloists on piano & organ. Can prepare advanced-level program in a short time.
  •  Excellent sight-reading and musicianship skills.

Live music

  • Weddings, reunions, funerals, plays, dances, special events.
  • Short-notice ability
  • Expert-level sightreading and improvisation
  • Piano, organ keyboard, vocals.
